Nose of powerfully sweet saccharine cherries and tart sour lambic notes. Very flavorful and ruddy. Great tasting eclectic NW brew. Taste it if you can! aspidites (1274), manteca, California, USA

| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/20 | Oct 15, 2006 Draft. Hazy, pinkish color with a slight wisp but no head. Cherry and horse blanket-like aromas. Very thin mouth feel with a train wreck of flavors going on. Calling this beer a Lambic is a hell of a reach. I’ll be honest and say that I poured it out once I got far enough away from the booth that they wouldn’t see me. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA

Though not especially flavorful, it tastes very much like tart cherry pie filling, but much less sweet. I’d describe the color as ruddy melon, and it’s a bit hazy in appearance. No head to speak of though. Overall, it’s a simplistic and pedestrian cherry beer, but nevertheless, it’s quite tasty, very easy to drink and enjoyable.
