On tap at Green Dragon in PDX, OR--Poured a healthful ruby body with little to no head. Nose of powerfully sweet saccharine cherries and tart sour lambic notes. Very flavorful and ruddy. Great tasting eclectic NW brew. Taste it if you can!

Phenolic and urine laden nose. Very soapy extract laden chsracter with an extremely thin mouthfeel. The finish is even more phenolic.

Draft. Hazy, pinkish color with a slight wisp but no head. Cherry and horse blanket-like aromas. Very thin mouth feel with a train wreck of flavors going on. Calling this beer a Lambic is a hell of a reach. I’ll be honest and say that I poured it out once I got far enough away from the booth that they wouldn’t see me.

(Draft: Six Rivers Brewery in McKinleyville, CA) Tart cherry and a bit of wood pleasantly greet the nose, enticing a quick sip. Though not especially flavorful, it tastes very much like tart cherry pie filling, but much less sweet. I’d describe the color as ruddy melon, and it’s a bit hazy in appearance. No head to speak of though. Overall, it’s a simplistic and pedestrian cherry beer, but nevertheless, it’s quite tasty, very easy to drink and enjoyable.
