12oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, earth, light caramel malts, slight skunk, and slight citrus. Poured copper/dark amber in color with a small, dense, tan head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of hops, caramel malts, slight grapefruit, slight citrus, earth, and a little sugar. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Hops, caramel, earth, and sugar finish is lightly dry.

Dark reddish orange. Dry and a little sour. Tastes organic and sharp. You can smell and taste the caramel. At first it is kind of harsh, then as you drink it it becomes more appealing the grainy flavor comes through. Nice after taste.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Light grapefruit and light malt aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with backing caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with light caramel and light earthiness.

Bottle. Poured a pretty dark copper color. Head was almost MIA. Aroma of was not overly strong as you almost had to snort it. Floral and caramel; it was quite nice, but just to soft. Flavor was a little more pronounced, and actually pretty tasty. Very floral, which I am liking more and more nowadays. Pretty malty and substantial. Not a huge hop bomb, but the flavor is nice. A subdued IPA, which is a nice change. I enjoyed this one.

dark and cloudy copper body with minimal light tan head; somewhat floral aroma with overwhelming notes of stinky cheese and socks; burnt, roasted maltiness; grapefruit bitterness; what is going on here for my favorite style... this is more like a failed, hoppy brown ale?

Pours copper/orange, with a foamy tan head that lasts for about a minute. The aroma is more sweet than hoppy. Definitely picking up a hearty malt presence, with the hops never quite taking center stage. This is quite tasty, but doesn’t grab my attention.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Malty bitter hopy grapefruit flavor with some hints of pine needles. Has a malty bitter hoppy grapefruit finish.
