Draft @ Belmont Station in Portland. Pours cloudy, milky, 100% opaque red/pink with a 1/2 inch pink head. Pungent, fresh, vibrant nose of pulpy, meaty raspberries, with a light bit of lactic acid in the nose. Flavor is meat pulp raspberry, very pure and authentic flavor of the fruit. Moderate tartness, very light (but natural) sourness, a little prickly on the tongue as well. Wonderfully fresh and real flavor throughout, thirst-quenching and refreshing, with a true fruit flavor a little excess sweetness/sugariness. Really nice.

Multiple samples, GABF 2006. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is light red. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with notes of tomato leaves, raw wood, raspberry. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Uncomfortably vegetal nose and not very lambic-like (perhaps should just be listed as fruit beer). Ample tartness saves it somewhat.

Green Dragon Pub NYE 07 with Bikesandbeer and his gf Jessi. Draft. @ Green Dragon Pub in Portland Oregon. Listed as Raspberry Lamic. Pours pinkish red. Prickly razzy nose. Taste is sweet, with real raspberry flavor this is not a syrup beer.
