Aroma of orange peel, floral, cereal grains and touch of caramel. Flavor of orange peel, citrusy hops, cereal grains, great creamy mouthfeel and bready. The head produces good lacing. Has a nice aroma of pineand spruce hops. Also a touch of pepper. Has a smooth flavor with some vanilla hints. Well balanced with a lighter body. Probably the best way to describe this beer is take a #9, subtract a tad of the apricot and add in some hops. Pours a hazy deep amber with a white head dark enough to be almost tan. Some malt on the nose, but otherwise not much else. Body is sweet and malty, with a note of pineapple. Finishes with a gentle bitterness and a note of vanilla.
