Oct 11, 2007 Off the tap pours a whirlwind of bubbles. Nose is very sweet hops. Flavor is a slightly subdued hop experience. At least subdued from the hop bomb comparitable aspect. It is mildlyfirm with pine attributes. Subtle citrus tones on the body as a whole. Fel is smooth and slightly thick on the liquid. Overall a good drinker. More subdued that some of Sixpoints hop head creations.

Aug 28, 2007 Draft@ Rocky Sullivan’s in Red Hook Brooklyn the bar next door to Sixpoints. Porus copper with a thin off white head. The nose is sweet and malty. It tastes sweet, light and matly, a bit of a pear taste coming through as well. Its really smooth and damn drinkable.

May 22, 2007 I thought this was an awesome cream ale. I bought this from a growler at Bierkraft and let me tell you it had some awesome cream elements and a very nice hop base to wrap it up. OUTSTANDING

Mar 30, 2007 I found this on tap at Canterbury Ales in Huntington, NY where I went for a pint while waiting to meet a friend at Faz’s Tex-mex. I enjoyed the brazen hops in it and mistook it for an IPA at first. Very easy to drink but it took a moment to resonate with the cream elements. Possibly it was too cold.

Mar 4, 2007 In a glass at Bubbies, Tribeca, NYC, Zero head, witha still, unbeerish, appearance in bright orange. Strong taste of the hops, mayvbe some grapefruit and caramel... Whiskey-like palette.

Feb 19, 2007 Tap at Lombardi’s New York....and yes it is the best pizza in the world....(that coming from a guy from NJ). Mostly clear amber with 1 finger white head. Malt aroma with a slight hop. Taste is refreshing, some sweet malts, slight creamy texture with a slightly bitter hop finish. Good compliment to the world class pizza.
