Poured a deeper and hazy golden color with an aveeraged sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, caramel, a little bready and lightly earthy. Tastes of the same breadiness, caramel, and lighter citrus. Light lacing left on the glass. Not a bad session ale and quite tasty for a Cream Ale. jcwattsrugger (5581), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Jul 28, 2005 Highly effervescent deep orangey golden topped by a small white head. Buttery yeasty banana nose. Bready and fruity nature (peach, apricot) always in the sweetness department. Kinda ehavy on the butter this one. Sweet palate, coriander, bread and plenty of estery fruitiness play along joyfully. Soft palate, sweet and smooth with active yet easy going carbonation. Aroma is semi-sweet, lightly bready and mild. Body mimics the aroma with a touch of Belgian yeast and a little caramel maltiness and authenticity, but not much going on otherwise. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 2, 2006 Pale amber beer, creamy thick white head that is very persistent. Very fresh toasted malt backbone. A bit of peachy fruit over the top of the sweet malts. Flavour is substantially hoppier than I would have guessed from the nose. Tropical and fruity with light grapefruit and citrus that nicely match the sweet peachy esters. Lovely pale ale. chriso (4852), London, Greater London, England

I just had a cream ale without even realizing it. And the best one there is apparently. Amber colour. Scant head. Hops don’t make much initial impression but creep up on you. Quite firm mouthfeel. Relatively straightforward but decent, refreshing drinking.
