Light citrus and more floral to earth hop aroma. Flavor similar. Pretty bland overall

On tap at The Half Pint, NYC. Murky copper body with sweet and fruity nose. Same in the taste, quite sweet. Gets maltier and then spicier. Not much cream noticeable.

Once poured, releases a fruity aroma with the addtiion of alt and a grassy hop. Very cloudy with a thin head of off-white color. Taste as action packed as a lively football game sweet meeets bitter. Palate leaves the wounded on the field and a long victorious finish. Hops are attacked by maltiness goodness.

Amber-orange body with fine creamed head. Mild fruity hoppiness in the bouquet translates to fruity hop flavor across a mild malting. Moderately fruity and grainy. One of the best of the style.

On tap at Bukowski Tavern, Boston MA, 28 September 2009. Well, well, well. I just had a cream ale without even realizing it. And the best one there is apparently. Amber colour. Scant head. Hops don’t make much initial impression but creep up on you. Quite firm mouthfeel. Relatively straightforward but decent, refreshing drinking.

Earthy pine hops. Pours clear amber with little head. Little sweet malty backbone then an ugly bitter finish. Taste of a little milky sweetness but am surprised it’s a cream ale. Decent carbonation. I can’t say this is the best cream ale but still a solid beer. Give me a Hale’s cream ale any day.

I was wondering what kind of beer this was and upon seeing that it is a cream ale, I am not at all surprised. Pours a cloudy copper color. Has a pretty fruity nose. Tastes fruity at the front and I almost mistook it for a fruit beer. Then finishes off with a yeasty finish. Some hops in there. Rather on the sweet side of things.

Pours orange yellow with a white head. Mild hop/orange aroma. Light, sweet flavor with just the right amount of hops. I really enjoyed this.
