Soft of a soft lemony, vineous sweetness. Lightly floral and herbal but also with a kiss of candyish sweetness. Very aromatic and expressive. Soft sweet chamomile along with an almost lavender flavour. Lemony with a bit of orange toward the back. Green tea, flowers and a white wine sort of barrel contribution. Really unique and very tasty. Huge herbal tea aroma- flowery with tons of chamomile- but there is a touch of the base malt character giving it a honey and bread crust edge. The body is light with rounded carbonation. Tons of herbal flavors, yet the malt does give a firm body and a soft honeyish sweetness. Flowery, spicy chamomile with a smooth herbal bitter finish. Very interesting with an assertive herbal tea character yet maintains balance. Nice experiment. puzzl (2647), New York, New York, USA

Sweet and mellow flavor, lightly bitter. This is an interesting beer. It basically turned into a mead, but a mellow, clean, easy drinking one -- I’m not quite sure how a flower could do that but oh well. Quite a nice drink.
