Commercial Description:
This Brown Ale has a touch of nuttiness provided by our good friends Mr. and Mrs. Victory and Munich Malt. The addition of Northern Brewer, Cascade, and Willamette hops smooth this beer out to create an incredibly drinkable Brown Ale.

Bottle. Pours a darker brown with decent head. Aroma of raoated malts & light chocolate. Aroma is actually pretty good. Beer is way to spritzy for a brown. Bottle is a tad old though. Taste has some elements of a decent brown but the carbonation ruins it. way too carbonated

6:07pm on 4/14/09 @ The Casa, me casa del Licko .. thanks Matt, pours with a big cream head, swollen thumb height .. . old cereal and mud aromas .. . funny name for a brew .. . simple, base bottom line stuff .. . light nuttiness, and maybe some light molasses... nice aftertaste but the whole beer is way WAY to dumbed down ... now to go milk that cow in my closet ..

Brown with small off-white head; minimul lacing. Mild roast & chocolate aroma. Mild nut, roast, and caramel malt flavours. Light body with a fairly watery finish.

The aroma is dusty and papery with hints of malt, toffee, and hops. The appearance is light brown with a huge head. The flavor is like the aroma with a touch of sourness. The palate is thin but OK. Overall this is a true buster.

(bottle). Pours a light brown color. Off white head which diminishes quickly. Has a light nutty and malty aroma. Flavor of nut and malt. Finish is smooth but somewhat flat.

Bottle from aplusbreaks. Thanks, Austin!. Pours a deep but thin mahogany with a sharp aroma of nutty wine and old house. Flavor is a subtly smoky roasted nut with a slight finish of caramel and butterscotch. Average mouthfeel. Not a bad beer; I would session this. For my Buster boy!

Dark brown color, with a fluffy beige head, leaving laces, toasty, caramel malt nose, with a buttery hazelnut, chestnut accent, with some toffee, cookie dough notes, hints of chocolate, dried fig in the aroma folows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet toasty, nutty character, with a cookie dough, toffee accent, with some hnits of coffee bean roastiness and dark chocolate, leading towards a malty, lingering roasted bitterness finish.
