Commercial Description:
This Brown Ale has a touch of nuttiness provided by our good friends Mr. and Mrs. Victory and Munich Malt. The addition of Northern Brewer, Cascade, and Willamette hops smooth this beer out to create an incredibly drinkable Brown Ale.

Good color, good flavor. Like other posters, not much aroma and the flavor doesn’t last very long. An average nut brown.

Appearance: Pours a clear, dark brown with a dense, off-white head. Smell: Sweet-smelling, enormously nutty aroma. Hints of cocoa powder. Taste: The taste is initially semi-sweet, but incredibly nutty and toasted all the while. Again, there’s that hint of cocoa. Just enough of a gentle, subtle bitterness on the dry finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: I’ll tell you what, it was surprisingly nice, at least on-tap.

Really not much aroma but a solid dark color. Flavor is a little toasty and a bit nutty. Nothing to write home about; the finish is nutty but also a lttle thin at the same time.

Bottled. Beer is clear, dark mahogany brown. Head is off-white, frothy, initially small, rapidly and almost totally diminishing.
The aroma is malty with moderate notes of husky toasted grain, light wort and toasted nuts; Hoppy with light notes of herb; Yeasty with a light note of sticky dough.
The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly acidic with an average-length, lightly acidic, lightly sweet, trace bitter finish.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
Oddly tangy and raw.

Malty. Really nice color for a brown. Nothing spectacular, but very drinkable.

Good name; not so good beer. Brownish color. Hit the style in flavor, but was pretty bland. Could have been more assertive.

Bottle trade with shigadeyo. Poured a clear dark brown color with a medium off-white frothy head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Medium toasted nutty malty aroma. Medium body. Medium toasted bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of average duration. Interesting label.
