| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 22, 2007 Pours a transparent dark copper mahogany with a thin ring of spotty-lacing light tan head. Doughy sweet dark caramel nose has a touch of hazelnuts. Body starts semi-sweet and toasty nutty with a hint of light tartness and finishes watery with a hint of toasty grain. Body is a little dissappointing given the aroma, but still a pretty drinkable brown ale. hopscotch (5507), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
