Pretty hot, but shit, we’re talking 10% here, so I expect it. If this were a local, I’d drink it often if the price were reasonable. Awesome label. BennyTicklez (621), USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Pours deep amber with a decent head. This tasted more barleywine-like than IIPA. Big malt and mellowing hops. Sharp alcohol on the finish. Naven (883), Poway, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jan 21, 2007 22 oz bottle. Typical amber color, with a nice head. Aroma is strong hops. Flavor it hoppy as all get out, but a little harsh. Balance seems a little bit off. Not bad by any means, but nothing special. muenster (341), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 15, 2007 Bottle. Pours amber with a medium craemy tan head. Aroma is mildly hoppy, but rather faint. Flavor is astringent hops, lots of pineapple, grapefruit, and quite sweet. I think the biggest problem is that it’s too ordinary for the style. smhncabot (310), Cabot, Arkansas, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 7, 2007 Not a bad DIPA, but not a great one either. Has a slight alcoholic taste and a decent bittering to the beer, but there is not that much to it besides the bittering and alcohol. Tyler*Durden (71), Denver, Colorado, USA
