Nice heavy orange color, transparent, bubbly, and has a foamy head. It has a nice hoppy smell, floral, pine, good. The flavor is a seriously hoppy pale ale. the smell made me think it might taste like an IPA but it is more like a hoppy pale ale. This was a good beer.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 8, 2009 Pours dark for an IPA with a clear dark amber color and an off-white, moderate, creamy, pillowy head which settles in some time to a small rocky layer and leaves some drippy lace. Nose is nice with some toasted caramels, lightly buttery breads, some oranges and peels, faint spicy floral, and light pine. Flavor is much of the same with incredible balance; malt backbone is toasted caramel and lightly buttery sweet breads, and faint pecans. The hops are overtones but perfectly complementary with the malt backbone; oranges, lightly resinous pine, and tea leaves. Palate is medium, nearly lively, and a sticky, lightly drying feel. Finishes a bit spicy, like the description says, with the more than medium bitterness remaining for quite a while and notes of pine nuts and tea leaves. Amazingly drinkable and almost too balanced. This one was more like an APA to me, somewhere along the lines of a Dales’s but not quite as good. I didn’t even realize the whole bomber was gone. So refreshing, and this would be the perfect beer after a long day on the slopes! NobleSquirrel (1114), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Nose seems like Cascades and Goldings with caramel malt. On taste, Nice and clean bitterness and a ton of hoppy notes. resiny and citrusy with some spice. Finishes dry. I’ll probably drink this one a ton. Very good. ratman197 (3222), Arvada, Colorado, USA

NOT an IPA! As the label reads "Euphoria Pale ale" NO where on the label does it say IPA. So as far as Pale ales go it it delicious and the simcoe hops stand out on my palate... swanmann (309), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 11, 2009 I poured from the bottle a clear brassy amber brew with ample fluffy beige head, lasting about 2 minutes, with sticky white lacing. It’s very fragrant, initially smelling of piney hops, with candied sugars coming out as it warms. I sat on this for about a month and a half, which I think, settled the bitterness into a malty, sweet brew with notes of brown sugar and citrus, and mild bitterness right down the middle. My finish is medium dry, smooth. I would rate it high for "drinkability" based on adequate carbonation and a great flavor.
