Commercial Description:
Feast of Fools- Throughout medieval Europe, inside the church during the feasts of Saint Stephen, Saint Joh, and the Holy Innocents (AKA "The Holidays") mock priests would conduct mass to ale-drunken revelers, who in turn would sport donkey masks and bray back obscene responses, a la Ska’s Christmas party.

Brew pours a cherry apricot color with a modest spattered head. Short lived it does have a lingering canopy and full fluffy ring. Aromas of fresh baked biscuits and faint cherryfruit. Medium nectar with good carbonation. A balanced brew with flavors of biscuits, cherryfruit, and cream never becoming sweet in the least bit. The finish is dry and has good bittering. This is a great session brew with defined cherry essence.
