SKA Local Series #9 (Pilsner Lager Import Style)

Green bomber poured a clear pale yellow with a small quickly disapating white head. Aromas of straw, light citrus and a hint of skunk. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw and light citrus with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

bottle. golden, clarity, mild carbonation to very thin head. yeast, grain, light hops, small spice aroma. light, grainy, light lemon, mild sweet malts. bitterness and spice very light. East to drink but just doesn’t make it for me.
