Poured a light and slightly hazy yellow color with a large sized white head. Aromas of grain with a light lemon lurking in there. Tastes of grain and a light puckering lemon. Thinner body. For a Pale Lager, this one was drinkable! Cletus (5060), Connecticut, USA

I took this with me camping and trout fishing near Colorado Springs in the summer of 2002, and it fit really well with the atmosphere as a nice pre-dinner, sitting-on-the-river beer. Wonderful experience. Light yellow color, moderate bite of hops, and semi-sharp grains. Ernest (4515), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2006 Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is light yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a light note of lemon/lime.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, trace bitterness.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter.
Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Very light and bland, but better than a lot in its class. Doesn’t smell bad, and that’s a big plus. ratman197 (3266), Arvada, Colorado, USA

Aromas of cereal and a hint of lemon. Palate was light bodied. Flavors of cereal and light lemon with a crisp clean finish. GeneralGao (3076), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 8, 2007 12 oz bottle. Poured a clear pale golden color. Head was thin and white, but had decent retention and left some lace. Smelled of light grassy hops and yeasty bread dough. Somewhat sweet on the tongue with flavors of noble hops and light biscuity malt. This is unlike any Mexican beer I’ve ever had, but, in general, that’s probably a good thing. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 3, 2004 Clear and light yellow with a thin white head. Light and creamy carbonation; very drinkable and not as watery as I expected. Malts were pleasant: bready, grainy, cereal-like and lightly sweet. Saaz hops contributed nicely, adding a balancing bitterness and some enjoyable aromas. Clean and decent beer. IrishBoy (2725), Bakersfield, California, USA

Nose of grain like a pale lager (no surprize), but there is a faint bit of citrusy hops in the background; gold with a small white head; Flavor was grainy malt in it’s medium-light body, with a little citrus and hops in the finish.
