| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 6, 2009 12 oz bottle from Whole Foods downtown. Pours a dark clear amber color with a medium lived fluffy beige head. Smell is really nice as this bottle is very fresh. Pine, sap, and fruity hops with notes of pineapple and resin. Taste is nicely bitter with a dark caramel and resin like sweetness and bitterness. Starts out fairly bitter but finishes a touch smoother. Medium to slightly full body. A touch watery on the finish, but this is actually quite good and very drinkable. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA
