Apr 22, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, off-white head over a hazed orange body. Aroma has tons of hops, grassy and weed like, with a herbal note. Caramel too. Taste is citrus, grassy and caramel. Effervescent to lively carbonation, water like mouthfeel.

Apr 22, 2009 Bottle. Body-hazy gold with a medium ring of bubbles. Nose-lots of hops, cottonseed oil, very perfumer, lots of grapefruit, very IIPA like. Taste-medium bitter, sterile, cotton, big hops without the citrus, sweetness, isn’t overdone, decent for an IPA.

Moderate malt aromas of light bread and roasted, heavy pine for the hops, light soap for the yeast, and background notes of wood, pepper, berry and turpentine. Head is frothy/fizzy, white, with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy, light orange/brown with dense, tiny particles. Palate is light to medium, oily and has a lively carbonation. I loved this IPA smelled. I’ll bet this beer is righteous on tap.
