| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 6, 2009 From a 12oz can - clear, copper, with a decent white head. Very piney, earthy aroma. Flavor is piney, flinty, but there is also a weird medicinal flavor that kinda messes up the whole thing. OK, I guess. llcooldave (328), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 5, 2009 Nice fruity aroma; citrus, berries with minty hops. Reddish brown in color with a caramel colored head. Big hops flavor that dominates over everything, with a a medicinal bitter aftertaste. It’s a little oily on the palate for a very slick mouth feel. Overall a good representation of the style, a solid effort. topherh (915), Kearney, Missouri, USA

Aroma is pine and citrus hops with a little caramel malt. Flavor starts with a little caramel sweetness and is then all hops. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 22, 2009 Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of byaeger. Pours a cloudy amber with a firm of-white head. Intense peachy hop aroma. Solid body, first sweet and caramellish but then an array of hop flavours take over, flowers and fruits, before a dry and lightly bitter finish. Very delicious. 221109 MrRain (429), O’Fallon, Illinois, USA
| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Nov 21, 2009 12oz can poured into a shaker. SKA MH IPA pours a wonderful bronze with a stark white head that is huge for an IPA. The nose is Heaven with huge notes of hops resin, almost like marijuana. The aroma actually clears the head and intimates well water. The body is strong hops and well water. It isn’t too bitter and not too weak. This is a world-class IPA. The finish is grassy and full of bitter happiness. I’m extremely happy with this beer.
