| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 10, 2009 On draught. Lighter copper amber colored pour witha soapy canvas head. Tastes of light caramel, violets, baked bread, and sweat. Not bad. Somewhat akward finish. Narnad (721), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 23, 2009 Pours a copper color with a thin, off white film for a head. Aroma is a fruity malty note, apple and a light doughy note really pop out the most, with some sweet caramel notes to follow up. Flavor is sweet caramel malt up front but moves into a slightly sour citrus and rose flavoring. Beer is pretty creamy feeling with some fine carbonation and leaves solid lacing bands as you drink it down. Overall the brew has quite a bit of flavor for an amber and it was a pretty satisfying brew, in my opinion. llcooldave (337), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Clean malty aroma... almost like fresh crusty bread that’s slightly toasted. Amber honey coppery in appearance. toasty malt flavor with a slight minty licorice aftertaste that lingers on the palate. Overall it’s a bit more complex than I thought it would be. Mooth and clean tasting. I like this...
Not that it matters to the rating, but (as a fan of graphic design) I really dig the label on the bottle. Droptank (79), Spring, Texas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 19, 2009 Pours in a quick haze followed by a shortlived shallow head. I thought this particular beer was a bit bitter at first. As I drank the 2nd, I was made further aware of the simplicity of this beer. Very malty almost to a fault in my opinion. Torn on the the afterthought of continued consumption. rustychiles (1068), Mesa, Arizona, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 11, 2009 Pours a hazy orange with a huge off white head. Aroma is caramel, malts, hops, fruit. Flavor is caramel, dark fruits, malt, hops, some earthy notes, slightly metallic, spices, dough. Decent. amg800 (35), Ada, Michigan, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 30, 2009 This was better than I thought it would be with its bargain basement label. Dumped out an average sized big bubble head that floated on this amber beer. A little hoppy and a bit on the sweet side this stuff. Smell and taste were caramelish....it did get my mouth watering initially, but Pin Stripe turned out to be average all around. Nice smooth feel." tmohr (25), Illinois, USA
