Apr 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours with a clear amber body and a small, off-white head. Aroma of wheat fruity tones and esters, and a bit of caramel. Taste is fruity and grainy. Water like mouthfeel with somewhat creamy, light carbonation.

Apr 13, 2009 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a light, clear amber with off-white head. Aroma is kinda floral with notes of fruit and caramel. Flavor has caramel notes as well as a small hop flavor with very faint bitter. Mouth feel is light-medium body with high carbonation. Over all, not bad at all.

Apr 11, 2009 Tap at Flying Saucer. Pours an average, thin amber with a nice off-white head. Notes of flowery sweet malt dominate the weak nose, while flavors of floral hop biscuits tickle the taste buds. Tingly mouthfeel that resembles a sem-carbonated beverage. I found this beer to be quite refreshing. A nice, lite-on-the-palate beer.

Apr 8, 2009 The aroma is very hoppy with citrus and grass. There is also malt to balance. The appearance golden with an amber hue and not close to red. The flavor is like the aroma and a bit weak. The palate is thin. Overall a good but weak beer.

Mar 30, 2009 Pours a clear reddish amber color with a small offwhite head. Smell is mild with light caramel malt and hops. Taste is very bland with subtle malt sweetness and slightly more prevalent hop flavor with very low bitterness. Overall just extremely watery and thin with normal carbonation. Wouldn’t really recommend this one, but wasn’t terribly offensive or anything still.

Mar 20, 2009 (bottle). Pours a dark yellow color. White head which diminishes gradually. Very light malt aroma. Moderate carbonation. Taste is malt with light alcohol. Finish is smooth but watery.
