Aug 19, 2008 Poured a copper color with a trim white head from the tap. Mild hops on the nose with plenty of candied caramel in the flavor. Slightly bitter finish, yet very drinkable--particularly when paired with bar food.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle thanks to 17thfloor. Cloudy red color with medium, creamy beige head. Aroma is light noble hops, dry malt sweetness, caramel. Caramel flavor, nutty, a fruity, very chalky and dry malt. Medium to thin body, light fizzy carbonation. The aroma is light and the body and flavor is stale, atleast it looks purty. Not my cup of tea though.

Jul 8, 2008 Obviously a summer drink. Some head, which was variable in the glass, pleasant color. Minimal nose, not much hop anywhere. Very light in the mouth.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Hazy orange-amber. Sturdy, foamy off-white head. Nose is light citrus, caramel, spicy hops, and fruit notes. Taste is more spicy hops, citrus notes, caramel, sweet malts and fruit. Some soft grain flavors as well. Body is medium with a strong carbonation. Somewhat fizzy in spots. Finishes with more hops, citrus notes, chewy caramel, fainter malt, and fruit.

Jul 1, 2008 Kind of cloudy orange with a bit of red in there too. Big fizzy white head that dissipates after a while. Carbonated and crisp texture dances on your tongue. Fruity finish with some grape and apple. Aroma is slightly caramel malt with some yeast. Decent but overly incredible. Would like to see a little more power in both aroma and flavor.

May 20, 2008 This is a great beer. I’m a huge fan of Ale’s and out of the hundreds I have tried, this one tops them all. Great Price, Great taste, Cool bottle, cool name for a company...Ska brewing.

May 15, 2008 semi cloudy with big thick like whip cream head clings to side of glass from start to finish smells of liberty hops and citrus taste of liberty hops malts and citrus. i think the 35 rating is low for this beer very tasty and very cool bottle

Apr 19, 2008 My first pour was disastrous with a giant head. Second pour had a huge head as well. It’s a reddish orange. Aroma is sweet malts and a few touches of hops. Taste is crisp and dry, not a lot there though. Not to say this is bad, it’s tasty, just not complex.
