Freakin’ Dr. Pep*er! Give it a year. Give it two years. I poured a bottle into a pint glass. *Slurp, slurp* Wiggley piggies. Syrupy milk stout with low, however crisp carbo. My bottle indicates October ’04. Thick enough to completely elude transparency, coffee thick with milk and honey. Might need a couple years.

Bottle. Aroma’s of coffee roasted, sweet malt and slight creamy milk. Black body with small tan head, head disipated and by the middle looked like drain oil in my glass. Flavor has the makings of a good beer but the body is thin. Just malty sweet flavor that you can get from an Amber Ale. Disappointed with this one.

i liked the bomber label with a big cow with udders hanging out. made me think i was in for a real treat of chocolate milk delight. poured almost opaque black-brown with a disapointing thin tan head that fizzled away quickly. dominant nose of espresso bean and sweetness. mouth pushed same characters not as sweet as i thought it would be choc, coffee, roasted barley flavors. a very one dimensional beer....roasted barley and probably a bit thin on the palate then the standard. thank you and goodnight!

Bottle poured black with a very little head and lacing. Light aroma of sweet roasty malt. Flavor is weak roasty malts and chocolate. Body is thin and a bit watery with a light roasty finish.

From the initial pour it does not look like much of a milk stout. Ok, dark brown, small lid of light tan head, but it just seemed to pour thin, if you know what I mean. Thin aromas of chocolate, mild roasted malt and weak corn silage. Little to no carbonation in the feel, leaves this feeling even weaker. Simple roasted malt and grains seem to amalgamate in the flavors. This is one of those completely boring to me brews. Sweet malt, light roast, little body, I don’t know what more could I want? Oh wait it comes in a bomber. Yipee! Bleak!

Impromptu beer tasting session at a backroom in Armanetti’s, thanks to Scott L. and Tony C. Black hued stout having small diminishing off-white head with fair lacing. Intoxicating aroma of coffee and chocolate. No discernable carbonation. Medium bodied that starts with slightly sweet malt with hints of expresso and dark chocolate and finishes with lingering light coffee flavor and bitterness. On the thin side and more closely resembles a porter than a stout. A very good drinkable stout made even more enjoyable in the company of people who really enjoy beer and beer culture.

The almost black body is capped by a small brown head that doesn’t linger. Aroma put me in mind of Whoppers candy balls with hints of roasted coffee. A tad too watery and thin. The flavor was a pleasant chololatey cream.

Devil’s Night at Mullman’s, bottle thanks to Lou18. Black with a small tan head. Dark roasted chocolate malt aroma with a hint of coffee. Mildly sweet roasted malt flavor. A bit thin bodied.
