Mild, light, some malt, a little sweetness. A very slight balancing hops. OK for a hot day quencher. guzzler67 (1280), Hanover, Maryland, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 31, 2006 Clear, light gold appearance with a small off-white head and little lacing. Generic, sweet malt aroma; nothing dstinct. Taste was weak, with a modest amount of sweetness. Slightly more flavorful than a macro. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 26, 2006 Dark gold with a light head and some strings of lacing. Musky aroma that is slightly grassy and bitter. Husky flavors with a bit of wheat. Bitter notes with some hints of honey. Toast malt finish that is kind of bready. dfedukovich (7), USA does not count | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 20, 2006 A crisp, light brew. Hints of honey in the aftertaste but not much. It is a nice summer ale and easy to drink but could be improved. Good, but I have had better. RobKormal (25), Midlothian, Illinois, USA

Yellowy color with bubbly, white head. Aroma is sweet and frothy. Kind of watery, light, golden. Creative label, but otherwise, an uncreative beer. DrnkMcDermott (1848), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 20, 2006 Loose bottle from Sam’s Wines, Downers Grove. Definitely the American brewpub style of blond ale. Pours a big rocky head. Yellow body, kind of hazy with lots of floaties. Crisp and kind of lemony, with that bit of honey peeking through. Basic noble hop component. A good beginner’s craft beer. Date notch says it was bottled in October, so it’s held up OK. footbalm (1218), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | May 18, 2006 brewed with honey my ass.Tastes more like they cleaned out a horse barn and substituted the soiled straw for the honey. A truly nasty beer. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 14, 2006 Aroma is not good. Smells like damp cardboard. Clear, light gold with no carbonation. Maintains a small white head. Light flavor; unfortunately tastes like it smells. Has somewhat of a dry unoffensive finish; otherwise I would have rated it lower.
