Definitely the American brewpub style of blond ale. Pours a big rocky head. Yellow body, kind of hazy with lots of floaties. Crisp and kind of lemony, with that bit of honey peeking through. Basic noble hop component. A good beginner’s craft beer. Date notch says it was bottled in October, so it’s held up OK. footbalm (1219), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 14, 2006 Aroma is not good. Smells like damp cardboard. Clear, light gold with no carbonation. Maintains a small white head. Light flavor; unfortunately tastes like it smells. Has somewhat of a dry unoffensive finish; otherwise I would have rated it lower. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 28, 2006 Bottle courtesy of Nuffield: Pours a transparent golden blonde with a dense pillowy white head. Lightly sweet malty aroma has some smooth floral attributes. Body starts with a semi-sweet well-carbonated palate with some smooth malty-earthy dryness and a hint of coriander. Nicely-balanced and very drinkable, but not all that interesting. stoutchap (297), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Oh I thought it was flavored water. The only thing this ale has going for it is that it wasn’t nasty. Really it was pretty bland, maybe a little honey and whea a wateryt, but basically dressed up water. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 27, 2006 Poured a hazy yellow color with effervecent bubbles running up form the bottom. Medium sized white head. The aroma is of apples, cereal, and dusty paper. A little bit of plastic was in there as well. Malty flavor was light and fruity. Semi-dry finish had a fair amoutn of bitterness. gws57 (1148), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA

Hazy light yellow pour with a thick white head, nose of tart apples and malts, very sweet taste with baked bread and a little caramel. This one was pretty good.
