Commercial Description:
Ny øl på hanen fra og med fredag d. 5. september 2008: Bundgarn - Porter 6,5% - Engelsk kulsort porter, hvor der er skelet lidt til den kendte porter fra Limfjorden. Her er brugt engelsk humle, røget malt, sort malt og engelsk lakrids. Øllen har en dejlig brændt og let røget smag, som afsluttes med lidt lakridssmag. En rigtig nyde-øl efter en pragtfuld middag, eller kan f.eks. bruges til issorbet.

Tap. Very dark brown, almost black body. Small off white head. Sweet chocolate aroma. Medium sweet malty chocolate flavour. A little thin. (Skagen Bryghus, 070709)

Bottle. Black body, with a large bubbly brown head. Aroma is hops, smoke, malt and liqourice. Flavor is sweet liqourice, smoke.

Bottle. Black colour with medium creamy light brown mostly lasting head. Aroma is roasted malt with notes of chocolate. Sweet roasted flavor. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Frothy lightbrown fair mostly deminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Very burnt and roasted. Moderate bitter flavor. Heavy bitter very roasted finish. OIly palate. A little thin but OK.

Botella. deep dark brown almost black colour. Roasty sweet aroma with some chocolate. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant roasty malty bitter flavour with chocolate, some coffee and caramel. Bit powderish but tasty porter.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of roasted malt and lighter notes of soy sauce and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lgiht notes of soy sauce and chocolate, leading to a dry rosted finish.

Bottle. Dark brown pour with a medium tan head. Lovely balance between roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Flavour is quite sweet malty with the roasted malt in front and coffee in the background. Medium bodied. Great brew!

Bottled. Pitch black. Brown dense head. Sweetness, roast and chocolate in the aroma. Flavour of chocolate, liqourice and light roast. Quite balanced and distinct. Medium bodied. Roasty and bitter end, which last long. Quite nice.
