[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Light light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, light hay, sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091006]

Sour aroma. Small, white head. Fair lacing. Cloudy, light yellow body. Moderate acidic flavor. Light to medium palate.

Clear golden colour with medium white head aroma is hoppy with note of corn and hay,feels grainy and sweet a littel thin but overall a o.k pilsner.

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse, 2009. Pours cloudy yellow with a full white foam. Nose & taste is malts - grain, grass, corn & yeast. A bit watery palate. Dry and short end.

Pours lightly hazy, pale golden with a medium, creamy, white head. Quickly becomes a thin film. Aroma is sweet, some hay, doughy malts and biscuity notes. A bit weak mouthfeel, some graininess. Flavour is sweet and malty with barely enough hops to balance it.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is mild grassy and dry hoppy. Flavour has the same with a distinct bitterness and refreshing hops base. Subdued malt flavours. Vague metallic touch. Ends rather dry.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with medium creamy white mostly diminishing head. Malty aroma and flavor with sour notes.

2 L growler from the brewpub. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. very soapy. Light bitter very sour/soapy dishwater like flavor. Watery apalte. Really bad.
