Jan 28, 2009 0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A and Hannu N! Hazy yellow color with small head. The aroma is mainly about fruity and herbal hops with some spiciness, some yeastiness and lemon. Sweetish, honeyish, bready and slightly spicy flavor. Surprisinly hoppy for a weizen, fermentation flavors are masked. Needs stronger clove banana flavors and less hops.

Nov 15, 2008 It’s unclear golden with a slightly gery hue and a nice, white head. The aroma has notes of banana, wheat, light yeast and clove. The flavour has a light sweetness, a spicy bite (the yeast I think), notes of banana and wheat. It’s a nice and OK weiss, not as dominant in the yeast/clove notes as a lot of the German ones.
