| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 10, 2006 This was a big mess of a barleywine, fragrant hops, aroma is cheap perfume and warm alcohol notes. Lots of alcholic heat in the flavor, rich and brown sugary sweet, with a hint of fruity citrus rinds. Unbalanced. Oakes (8114), gone rambling, Cambodia
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 21, 2006 Cloudy dark amber colour. Slight dark fruit amidst a rich dark malt aroma. Light perfumey hop. Soft, but kind of astringent. Some late heat. Chewy, big, yeasty and lots of citrusy hops. Not entirely focused.
