Cloudy orange/honey amber color. Slightly sour nose, slightly sweet in some sniffs too. An unbalanced beer: not hoppy enough and too sour. Also a big nutty and bitter in a rancid nut way. Spiky mouthfeel eases into creaminess. Strange brew.

Pint - Eastside Club Tavern - Olympia, WA
Aroma – Light bitter aroma. Nice use of malts
Appearance – Golden in color, clear with a mild head.
Flavor – Nice easy flavor. Not too bitter this was an Alt beer it was very light. Like a ESB.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, smooth with a dry finish.
Overall – Too light in flavor to be an Alt. Needed more character and malt. More spice and hops.

Altbeer accoring to the brewery but who knows. Hazy light brown with minimal head. Aroma was slightly sour and malty. Lots of sweet caramel in this one with a rich muddled beer.

Billed as a hoppy altbier, but I have a hard time with that. Cloudy light amber. Lemony, fruity nose with a hint of yeast. Really hoppy...there’s light caramel but also a lot of pear and citrus hop notes. Quite yeasty - can’t see this having been lagered. Spritzy too, which muddies the malt/hop notes, obscuring the beer.
