| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Feb 13, 2006 This is one of the best and most drinkable IPAs that I have had in years. After a round of samples at the KLCC brewfest, this is defintely one of my favorites and woke my palate and my nose up after tasting a lot of mediocre beers. The aroma is immense, and I walked around smelling this for about 5 minutes and just marvelled at how much I enjoyed it. The flavor is perfectly balanced with alot of sweet maltiness and some grapefruit hoppy resins, coats the mouth with flavor and dances of the palate with carbonation and acidity. Enjoyable and easy to drink, and is not a palate killer. bu11zeye (5635), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 12, 2005 Bright amber with a decent head. Sweet, inviting nose. Creamy-smooth texture; nice carbonation. Malts had very little sweetness to speak of; mostly big toast. Hops gave off weak aromas, but were rather stark in the bitterness department (flowers and pine). Bitterness seemed to build with time and made the beer somewhat unbalanced. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 11, 2005 Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium amber. Aroma is moderately hoppy (resin), lightly malty (cookie). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lighlty sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dull. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 11, 2005 Clear copper, minimal head. Aroma is big fruity hops, bubblegum, pineapple and citrus. Almost too sweet. Taste is more fruity hops, bitterness comes in, starts to dominate through the finish. Somewhat unbalanced with the overly sweet aroma and bitter finish. Good PNW hop juice though. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Dec 6, 2005 Bronze amber color, sticky head, light lacing. Nose is sappy with pine and sweet pineapple juice. The flavor is overly bitter, no balanced but medium bodied and fairly refreshing. Not one Id like to drink again due to the intensity of the bitterness. Reid (1092), Salem, Oregon, USA
