The aroma is sweet hoppy lending it strong notes of grapefruit as well as lighter notes of dust and grass. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of grass, leading to a dry and very bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 18, 2007 (Bottle 65) Courtesy of Degarth. Pours a clear, amber golden with a tall, dense, off-white head leaving laces. Lightly sweet caramel aroma. Medium body with sweetish caramel notes, some fruit and a rather brutal, bitter hoppy finish. Quite unrefined and unsophisticated - just not my idea of a good IPA. 160607 omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 1, 2005 Bottled. Hazy red, rich head. Aroma of caramel and grapefruit. Intensely and aggresively hoppy. There’s citrus and licorice and some cookie malt in the background. The finish is tremendously hoppy with enough inky bitterness to kill someone. joergen (8635), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Got the dregs, so it’s murky as hell. Citrusy, yeasty aroma. It’s like a yeast & hop sandwich so I grabbed a keg. Here it’s still a little murky but not nearly as yeasty in flavour. Nonetheless, it was a little muddled, with fruity notes and diacetyl amidst the hops. argo0 (6995), Washington DC, USA
