Dec 1, 2009 Bottle at EsBF09. Mild citric aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. Weak citric flavour, and weak wheat malt note. Does not even taste like a wit, more like a boring Hefeweizen.

Looks okay, muddy pale yellow with a fair, medium, frothy, white head. Aroma is fruity, banana, grassy hops, lemons, wheat sweetness. Highish carbonation, a tad thin. Flavour is classic wit, light coriander, banana, lemon zest. A tad milky in the finish. Fair, though not very spectacular (like most Skands offerings)

aroma is citrussy, yeasty, very refreshintg, also a little peches as it warmed up.
flavor is very acid even for a witbier, but quite refreshing. yeasty. slight sweetness. i can’t figure if it is infected or this sourness is planned. or both. anyway it tasets quite good and very refreshing.
