Nice red golden color. Very nice hopps in the nose, which reminded me of Hommelbeer(aged).
The taste is similar to Hommel beer.Nice a little sweet malty flavour, yeasts and hopbitters all over the place, but kept in place by honey? Very nice alternative!!

Sep 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Fruity aroma with malts and hops. Medium mouthfeel. Fruity and bitter flavour that ends up malty and dry.

Aug 3, 2008 (Draught at Örsted Ölbar, Copenhagen, 26 July 2008) Golden yellow colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with grassy hops and a hint of toffee. Malty, fresh taste with notes of grassy hops, tropical fruit and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Balanced sweetness, medium body. Decent and fresh beer leaning slightly in the Bohemian pilsener direction.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, light flowers, elderberry flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (180508)

May 13, 2008 Draft at Cockney Pub. Spare white head, clear golden body. Aroma of soap and pine cone. Medium oily body, average carbonation. Medium sweet and only very light bitter. Boring pilsner like beer.
