Very strange. Why is it a lager for both the UK and Turkey i really dont understand that. What I do understand is that this lager is a disgrace both taste wise and aftertaste wise.

Nov 25, 2009 Updated: Dec 3, 2009Pale yellow colour with a no head, slight malt aroma and taste, watery. The label said light and refreshing, it was, it also said quality lager, not sure about that though.
For science I knew I would have to buy one someday, but did not expect it to be so week, Skol Europe is 4.5%, Skol UK is supposed to be 3.2%, this was 3.0%.

Oct 19, 2009 Can @ pre-GBBF shindig, August 2009. UK produced version. Standard crappy lager fare. Pale gold colour. Weedy and metallic. Very little flavour. Very little of anything really. Very little else to say.

Sep 12, 2009 Plastic bottle with twist-off cap. Must be a date beer. Pale golden with barely any head. Corny aroma is bland but relatively innocuous. Watery and thin. Drank cold it’s not bad. I mean, it’s swill but doesn’t seem to have any offensive qualities either. Nothing much going on except watered down malt and has a decent dry finish.

Aug 25, 2009 12oz bottle. Man, this stuff sucks. Reminds of skunky, crappy Mexican beers. Wish I had never tried this.

Aug 12, 2009 Where to start with Skol? Well i had a can of this mixed in with a good few real ales and I was throwing up like there was no tomorrow the next day oh my god this has to be right up there as 1 of the worst beers i suppose i should look on the bright side as i see there is a super version with 9.2abv super crap that is what it is!!!
