Aroma is citrus hop blend forward with light sweet malt. Appearance is a hazy copper with an off-white head. Flavor is sweet malt forward with strong hop flora, more like an IPA. Beer has a medium/light body and strong carb texture mixed with the bittering. Overall, a very interesting beer, just too hoppy to be considered an amber. Amber in color with a thin head. This was great amber ale and a great way to end the festival for me. The beer had a deep flavor and the name was also very fun. Liked the mild malts that gave this beer a refreshing easy drinking ability. Good use of hops and a nice easy finish.

Pours deep murky amber with a thick, moussy white head that almost looks like a nitro pour, it’s so creamy. Nice piney nose, though not very strong. Medium body, tingly carb, forward flavors of caramel, biscuit, and pine, ending in a nice crisp pine finish. Good stuff. A little closer to an IPA than an amber, but who cares? fakepurseninja (794), Washington, USA
