Medium body & light carbonation. There’s some oak in here? Really?! It didn’t have much other flavor to go up against, so where are they hiding it? As the name implies, the tree takes a starring role in the aroma and flavor. It is well interwoven with the sweetness and medium bodied malt. Nice drink. Oakes (8139), Kowloon, Hong Kong

Clean malts, sublte snappiness at the back. Brewer did not indicate any major changes for this, but I’ll revisit in the summer nonetheless.
