Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Superbest Hilleroed. Aroma saazhops and grass. Colour clear yellow with white head. Nice sweetness ind the end - that should be due to the birch, which is otherwise not easily identified. For a pilsener its not bad.

Aug 2, 2008 Bottled. Pours pale yellow with a large, white head. Nose of flowerish hops. Flavour with honey, hops andcaramel. Slightly bitter finish. Light bodied. It’s a pleasant and crisp brew.

Jul 13, 2008 On tap at Cafe Langebro. Pours cloudy yellow with a fine longlasting white head. Hoppy aroma and fruits. Flavour is bitter hops, caramel, acid and fruits.

Jul 5, 2008 Bottle. Funky taste, fine bitternes and i tell my self that it is cimming from the the birch. Hop is just right for this one. Nice beer.

Hazy blond coilor. Light sweet hoppy aroma. Simple and light flavor, but not without a valilla hop touch. Easy, but pleasant.
