Commercial Description:

Hazy pale red with medium creamy white head. Sweet aroma with black currant, raspberries and wood notes. Sweet flavor with black currant and a mildt tart finish. This tasted like a wheat beer gone bad with some added fruit essence...

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy red coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of red berries with notes of skovlyst yeast. Light acidic flavour of red berries with notes of wheat and skovlyst yeast. Tart finish. Refresing.

Draft. An unclear very red beer with a lazing pink head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of berries, both raspberries and black currant, as well as lighter notes of green leaves and yeast. The flavor is slightly acidic with an underlying sweetness, and strong notes of berries - again both raspberries and black currant, leading to a tart finish. Is it a hidden brewing fault?

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy red with a lacing pink head. Aroma is black currant fruity and light acidic. Flavour starts with a mild sweetness closely followed by a light citric note. Fruity black currant flavours slowly take over and provides a mix of sweet fruity notes and light acidic to citric notes. Ends with a light acidic flavour and a light black currant note into the far finish.
