Pours a clearish copper with a whitish head. Flavor is rich and tight. There’s a good run of caramel-flavor malts, clean alcohol and a bite of hop juice. Fresh, fresh, fresh. The steam yeasts give a good clean profile and make this beer very balanced, drinkable, and flavored. Very nice! A solid example with above average flavor and technical perfection.
