Bottle. Aroma is like honey and light fruit. Slight apple taste in the finish. Clear, still, and light yellow in appearance. For the price, I would definitely purchase again.

750 ml bottle. Pours a crystal clear straw gold with no head. This is a still mead. Pleasant aroma of mild honey and pineapple. The flavor is honey that is lightly sweet and does not have the heaviness or earthiness associated with sweeter meads. There is a bit of crystallized sugar sweetness present as well. The finish is crisp and slightly acidic and reminds me very much of a good riesling. I could drink this on a regular basis.

Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of flowers and citrus. The flavor is very sweet with notes of honey, flowers, and lemon, leading to a dry honey finish, where a light alcohol notes is present too.

The aroma is rather weak for a mean but it does have honey, grapes, and alcohol. The appearance is clear yellow and still. The flavor is like the aroma but not weak. The palate is thin. Overall it’s pretty easy to drink but it’s not a great mead.

Bottle. Pours a clear, very lightly shaded yellow. Aroma is herbal with grass, eucalyptus, melon, honey and light BO. Earthy, spicy and a touch tannic. Taste is just south in sweetness of a gewurzt, sweet with honey (herbal), and floral. Medium tannins. Lightly bodied for the ABV. Still. Nice.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2008) Pale greenish yellow with no head. Still. Fruity nose with notes of grass and green apples. Fruity, semi-sweet taste with apples, pears and grass. Medium body. Nice and drinkable.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours an almost clear pale golden. Discreet fruity aroma. Full-bodied, sweetish fruity with very subdued honey notes - not very sweet at all. 180908
