Slaghmuylder Greut Lawauitj

Bottle. Pours hazy strawgolden. Thick white head, fades fast. Lots of yeast. Citrushop nose, oranges, marmelade. Yeasty aroma, biscuit, dough. Lots of coriander. Decent, balanced, very drinkable.

Amber colour with fine white head. Aroma is roasted malt with some fruit. Taste is again roasted malt and caramel and some yeast. Finish is a little thin. Quite refreshing ale and easy to drink.

Bottle at Poechenellekelder. Hazy amber color. Good beige head. Solid fruit and yeast aromas. Med. body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is mildly suggestive of wood or funk - with lots of fruits. Dry. Finishes with light bursts of citrus. A clean tasting beer. Ends up something herbal after awhile. Very, very good.

33cl, new brew Anno 2008, from De Hopduvel Gent, not complex brew, yet easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, rocky head, nice brew, probably same brew as Greut Lawauitj

Hazy amber with a huge off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with spicy and caramel notes. Spicy flavour with yeast and toasted malt. Fairly dry finish.

Bottle at Plan B. - Tasting. Cloudy amber - white head. Vegetables, tea, caramel, herbal, spicy, dryness, yeasty, oxidated. Bad.
