| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 19, 2007 Draught, Bruxellensis. Extreme lacing in this relatively big-bubbled, but uniform hazy golden-amber ale. Cerealic, almost wheaty flavour profile. Floral also. A rather vital little amber ale with honeyed malt flavours punctuated with the casual soft biscuit touch. Gentle, crisp floral hops, mineral finish with a kiss of acidity.
