Apr 15, 2008 Bottle, Quinns, Camden Town. A wee gem from Kevin’s fridge. Bottled. Golden amber colour, decent off white beige head, some lacing. Great hoppy aroma. Really crisp and refreshing taste. Flavour has some fruit and hops. Good finish All in all a great session ale.

Feb 19, 2008 Bottle. Clear light amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, flowers, moderate yeasty, sugar. Sep 19, 2007 Draught, Bruxellensis. Extreme lacing in this relatively big-bubbled, but uniform hazy golden-amber ale. Cerealic, almost wheaty flavour profile. Floral also. A rather vital little amber ale with honeyed malt flavours punctuated with the casual soft biscuit touch. Gentle, crisp floral hops, mineral finish with a kiss of acidity. Really well done.
