Feb 12, 2005 (Bottled) Darkish amber color with a quite thick, foamy and tight head. Sourish and yeasty aroma with toffee hints. Fruity, perfumy-hoppy flavor. Smooth, soft-carbonated and quite refreshing palate. Quite ok, but not very tasty, and pretty odorless brew.

Sweet and bitter start, sweetness stays, bitterness diminishes. Fruity (again raisin), spices, bit of caramel. The bottled version had a bit more balance than a one on tap. Sep 16, 2004 Most difficult name for a beer i’ve ever seen. The beer was quite nice though: cloudy golden color, medium head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty, quite fruity. Taste has a sour fruity note, but predominantly yeasty and spicy. Nicely balanced.

Sep 16, 2004 Aroma is yeasty, spicy and fruity (cranberries?). Cloudy yellow coloured with a decent lasting head. Taste is sweet, quite balanced, fruity (cranberries?, citrus), yeasty and bitterness in it. Good, enjoyable brew.
