Bottled. Clear amber, small head. Aroma of toffee and red berries. Dry and very minerally with hints of blue cheese. Medium bodied with clean, firm malt character and some orangey/grassy hops. Salty finish. Well balanced and very drinkable, but damn close to impossible to order unless you speak Flemish...

Aroma of bad "classic" pils. Slightly more flavour than normal bad pils. 3 3 3 3 7

Bottle, 5.5%. Nice, spicy aroma, chinook hop? Good malty flavour, not quite clean but still nice. Rough finish. Amber colour, small head. 6 3 6 3 13

(Bottled) Darkish amber color with a quite thick, foamy and tight head. Sourish and yeasty aroma with toffee hints. Fruity, perfumy-hoppy flavor. Smooth, soft-carbonated and quite refreshing palate. Quite ok, but not very tasty, and pretty odorless brew.

re-rate: Bottled. Raisin, fruity, light spices, little yeasty. Little hazy, amber color, beige head, good lace. Sweet and bitter start, sweetness stays, bitterness diminishes. Fruity (again raisin), spices, bit of caramel. The bottled version had a bit more balance than a one on tap. Maybe because it had some time to develop in the bottle. 10/01/2004, 2.6: Tap. Malty, fruity, little yeast aroma. Hazy, amber color, off-white head, good lace. Little sweet, little yeasty, little fruity, hint of sourness in the background, medium body, unbalanced,.

Most difficult name for a beer i’ve ever seen. The beer was quite nice though: cloudy golden color, medium head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty, quite fruity. Taste has a sour fruity note, but predominantly yeasty and spicy. Nicely balanced.

Aroma is yeasty, spicy and fruity (cranberries?). Cloudy yellow coloured with a decent lasting head. Taste is sweet, quite balanced, fruity (cranberries?, citrus), yeasty and bitterness in it. Good, enjoyable brew.
