The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit, medium notes of yeast and lighter notes of spices - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet malty and rather spicy again coriander being strongest, but also with quite strong notes of herbs, leading to a dry finish. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 8, 2007 Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head, which leaves A LOT of lace. Aroma is very much American hops, thought of an American Pale Ale when I took the nose samlple of this one (yes, I poured my nose too deep...). Flavour is yeast, some hops and slight caramel malts. Very pleasantly balanced, but at the sametime very refreshing. KimJohansen (7135), Copenhagen V, Denmark
