An atypical pilsner, vegetal, sweetish and sprayed with big bubbles.
I like:
Hazy appearance. Subtle herbal hops. Tight carbonation, but rather big bubbles.
I dislike:
This remained well below my high expectations set by a certain Tim Webb. Has the typical sweetish edge that restricts the drinkability of most Belgian pilsners. Celery notes. Vegetal bitterness. Seems like the bottles out there are very variable. mirjukka (705), LOHJA, Finland

Hazy straw colour, large tight foamy head. Spicy and also malty aroma.
Spices include ginger. Soft and refreshing mouthfeel, decent
carbonation. Taste is a lightly-roasted malty body, some tangy yeast,
and perfume and a little spicy too. Slightly hoppy finish, but fairly
mellow on the whole. This is a quaffer - it goes down so easily.
Delicious. altonbrownd (1962), Amsterdam, Netherlands
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 9, 2008 Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Yellow, with a tall head. Citrus nose, corn too. Taste is soapy cardboard. Some fruit - pineapple, citrus - but also really chalky. Finish was smooth, perhaps, but not much to reccomend this one. [Gone] bad perhaps? oh6gdx (9104), Vasa, Finland

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Dec 16, 2007 On draft at the Kerstbierfestival. Bright yellow-gold with a disappearing white head. Aroma is full of sweet corn, just a little buttery. Uh-oh. Light sweetness in the flavor with only very faint bitterness. The corny notes overwhelm the grassy ones. This one comes up limp-wristed and lame. A real shame. A had this brewery’s Slag Lager not too long ago and liked it much better. yngwie (5051), Kristiansand, Norway
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Nov 7, 2007 Bottle, shared by yespr. Yellow, almost clear pour, with a big, white head. Gushed out of the bottle. Fruity-sour aroma and flavor. I guess Brett or whatever it is wasn’t intended in this lager beer. Medium to thin body, astringent mouthfeel. Some bitterness in the finish, else it is just sour. Strange or gone bad? (071005)
