Bottle at Delerium cafe: Clear piss yellow with a off white head & good lacings. Sweet spicy aroma. Filling mouthfeel full of spices. Smooth. Nice..

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear, pale golden with a huge, shaving foam style head. Mysterious, leathery, Brettanomyces-like aroma. Fairly light in body with lightly sweet, pale malts, citrusy notes and a dry, lightly biter finish. Very odd - Brett notes without acidity. But interesting. Slaghmuylder makes really odd seasonals. 051007

Bottle. Golden coloured with a slight white head. Aroma of hay with a touch of spice. Flavour was a bit sweet with some grassy hops. Ok.

33 cL bottle, I guess I should thank MiP for trading this - but unfortunately I lost a bit track of those beers from our trade in August. Pours slight hazy yellow with huge white head. Brett sour/citric nose. Flavour is somewhat rubber flavoured and mellow wheaty. Ends somewhat citric. Unsure if this is bad or intentional, but it works out as a decent brew for me anyhow.5-3-6-3-11=2.8

From tap, unfiltered version, at DHVL Gardenparty and Beerfestival 2009. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Aroma is mild earthy yeasty with a light wheaty note coming through. Light wheaty and citric flavoured. Dry and slight yeasty. Medium bitter and dry finish. 6-3-7-3-13=3.2

Bottled (BB 11/2008)
Interesting to have a pilsner which is "kerstbier" (Christmas beer). Golden color, small white head. Very grassy (cut grass), "green" aroma. Starts metallic and carbonated, then grassy hoppy. There is some fruity notes (flat apple juice), citrus and dirt. Short grassy and a bit sweetish aftertaste. Not Christmasy at all, but personal.

Bottled. Grassy aroma mixed with yeast and cooked veggies. Yellow color, lots of bubbles, white head, good lace. Very grassy, light floral, some veggies, bitter, hints of grain. Lively and nice mouthfeel.

from belgianshop.com - slightly hazy golden colour with a little firm head; weird spicy aroma with yeasty notes; tart and medium-bodied; high carbonation; dry bitterness, short spicy and dry finish - not really convincing

Tasted it on draft as well as from bottle. A nice beer but not a pils taste nor smell. Rather a good light and more complex beer
