Pale golden body with many big bubbles throughout and a long-lasting fluffy white head. Metallic taste though not tinny, kind of smooth and earthy and unmemorable at first then after a while become an ew-y fruity bark. OK mouth, fairly non-offensive (at first). Good for a pizza and beer games night, I guess. theisti (1681), Leawood, Kansas, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 26, 2006 Light golden with a long lasting, fluffy white head. Light aroma of grain and corn. Corn is a bit more noticeable in the flavor. Slight sweetness before a somewhat bitter finish. Easy drinking with a bit more flavor than the macros. ferociousgoat (8), Canada does not count | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 18, 2006 Aroma: slightly acidic with a hint of barley. Pours as a pale golden colour with a supriseingly frothy head. A malty slightly flowery first impression but is quickly overtaken by bitterness. Finishes with a very bitter citrus aftertaste. An accomplished ale, much better than any macro brewerys have to offer. trafford (171), Germantown, Tennessee, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 18, 2006 This beer is just making it into the Memphis Market and tried it at a Fresh Market Beer Tasting. It poured a light color with a very light body. Much better than most American/Europen macros. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 1, 2006 Labeled as "Sleeman Cream Ale 86*"... Had a few of these at a friend’s party last night... This was an average beer, but still better than the American macros. Light aroma, light color, light flavor, and light bodied. Clean and smooth with moderate carbonation. A decent beer that can be enoyed in mass quantity. On a side note, I’m glad to see that Sleeman has finally switched to brown bottles.

| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 26, 2006 bottle. Aroma: Not much. Slight graininess and a bit of skunk. Appearance: Pale golden in color, and quite possibly the clearest beer I’ve ever seen. Head was White and foamy, but dissipated rapidly. Flavor: Again, not much. Light malt flavor with a bit of corn. A slight hop flavor leaning towards floweriness. Finish was fairly clean. Palate: Light bodied and watery. Medium carbonation. Overall: Boring. Nothing horribly wrong with it, but nothing good about it either. POD (198), USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 5, 2006 Cool Bottle. Pours bright yellow with white puffy head. Not much carbonation noticable. Flavor was creamed sweet corn & light hops. Crisp, quick, light aftertaste of sweet clover or honeysuckle. All in all, it was a pretty okay cream ale.
