Commercial Description:
Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. Our founder's intention was to combine the refreshing taste of a German lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale without blending the two.

Golden in color with a small white lacing around the edges. Hoppy and malty aroma, slightly sweet. Flavor is crisp on the palate with a touch of malt and hops.

Clear yellow with a thin white head. Light malty aroma with some light fruity esters, watery texture, ends really boring.

Light golden with a cloudy white head and very active effervescence. Nose is mostly floral hops, and not much else. Body is quite thin with a decent amount of a caramel malt backbone and a short crisp finish. Not outstanding, but not bad either.

Pale yellow colour not much aroma. Thin, little or nothing in the way of character or taste, slighest hint of hops, some skunkiness. Just a little bit less than a so so beer.

[bottle] Pours a pale straw yellow with a thin head and lots of carbonation. Very mild aroma which goes well with the very mild flavor. Does not really taste like much. Hardly any aftertaste. Has some hops but could definitely use more.

Flavourfull, but more like a full-bodied lager than an ale. Still, nice if you want something out of the norm.

Light gold color. Aroma is slightly skunky. Taste is bland, slightly fruity. This beer could use more hops. Overall this beer is unimpressive.

Medium gold in colour with a lagerish aroma. It’s fairly smooth drinking, but lacks the body and the bitterness that you would expect from an ale. I seem to taste more corn in it every time I drink it.
