SturmWulf (63), USA Oct 13, 2007 Aroma of apple, hay and grain. Poured a clear golden color with a nice and big, foamy fluffy head that slowly receded. Flavor is mildly sweet, slightly corn, also reminded me of a cream soda. Body is light to medium, creamy with lively carbonation. A very slighly bitter abrupt finish that is not unpleasant. Not a bad beer, not a great beer. It won’t offend but it won’t excite either. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t buy again for its not a barn burner. Still, give it a try, for it is a nice beer. Served in a pint.
Nate (2238), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 4, 2008 From bottle courtesdy of my father-in-law. Light pilsner malt and corn, a bit of rubbery-beany hop character. Light carbonic gaseousness. Dull golden clear, with thin foamy white head. Light body with medium carbonation. Starts with decent malt sweetness, pilsner malt and light corn or maybe rice. Fairly smooth but with some carbonic acidity. Finishes sweetish with light beany-rubbery hop character and mild bittering. MiP (5011), Flensburg, Germany Sep 3, 2008 Bottle, 5%.
